Boat Parade & Fireworks – December 5, 2026

It’s the signature event of the weekend and one of the most spectacular sights of the holiday season. Beautifully decorated boat parade along the waters of the Mississippi Sound just yards offshore. The parade begins south of the Biloxi Lighthouse and travels east to Point Cadet, the tip of the Biloxi peninsula.

After the boat parade, fireworks light up the nighttime sky off the shoreline of Biloxi with a spectacular fireworks display to cap the annual boat parade event. The best viewing is from Biloxi Lighthouse to Point Cadet. The center of action is from the Biloxi Small Craft Harbor to Oak Street.

Since its inception in 1986, Biloxi’s Annual Christmas on the Water celebration has marked the official opening of the holiday season for the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

This event takes place the first weekend in December every year and has grown from a smaller lighted boat parade to an impressive holiday family weekend that attracts locals and visitors alike.
