One of the largest antique retailers in Mississippi and located in the heart of Olde Town Bay St. Louis. Owned and operated by Ed and Sylvia Young. Ed grew up in the furniture and antique business in New Orleans, learning from his father who started an antique business in 1932. For 45 years Ed has been buying, selling, and appraising antiques from around the region and world. Antique Maison showcases good from approximately 25 dealers. The seaside retirement estate of Jefferson Davis, the Confederacy’s only President. The 51 acre historic complex includes the restored home and outbuildings, soldier’s home cemetery, Tomb of the Unknown Confederate Soldier, and nature trails. There is a gift shop, a small exhibit museum, and picnic area on site.

Bodine Pottery, formerly of Long Beach, Mississippi is now located on Hwy 49 in Wiggins, Mississippi. The studio is open Mon-Sat10am-6pm. (occasionally closing on Wednesdays or Saturdays when they have an out-of-town show). A family owned and operated studio since 1998 (with a break and relocation after Hurricane Katrina), the Bodines provide everything from demonstrations, classes, and tours to an art gallery and gift shop providing the work of a dozen artisans from all over Mississippi.

Zeal for excellence has made Negrotto’s Gallery a premier source for fine art, paintings, sculpture, pottery, photography, silk embroidery, jewelry, and more.  At Negrotto’s we have established a venue for over 40 local and international artists to display their talent.  We carry a variety of international works made with exceptional mediums and technique from hand painted feathers to silk rope tapestries, iron sculptures, and other paintings done by artists from Central American, South American, Africa, and Asia.  We also house master jeweler and sculptor Gerrol Benigno for custom, precious jewelry and fine, ceramic sculptures.

The Museum was established in 1986 to preserve and interpret the maritime history and heritage of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Museum was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, but rebuilding has started and should open in October 2011. The Museum built and charters two replica double masted Biloxi Oyster Schooners which are located at the new Biloxi Schooner Pier Complex, one mile east of the Beau Rivage, which take 2.5 hr., half day and full day charter sails along the Biloxi coastline. On the full day we sail out to our beautiful Horn Island where you can beachcomb.  We also offer a 2.5 hr. walk-on sail for individuals. A giftshop is available at the Schooner Pier Complex. Sails year round.

The Pascagoula River Audubon Center is the gateway to the Pascagoula River, widely recognized as the last, large, free-flowing river in the contiguous United States. Visitors gain first-hand experiences through on-site facilities and an interpreted boat tour offered through the McCoy’s River & Marsh Tours. The Center also offers a wide range of nature-based programs for all ages. Join the McCoy’s River & Marsh Tours on a visit to the Pascagoula River, widely recognized as the last, large, free-flowing river in the contiguous United States. Visitors will travel through tidal marshes, river channels and bayous, and river swamps on an unforgettable trip through this unique waterway.  Tours depart from the Pascagoula River Audubon Center.

The Walter Anderson Museum of Art showcases the best of regional art including the works of Walter, Peter, and Mac Anderson. Mon-Sat 9:30am-4:30pm, Sun 12:30-4:30pm. The Museum is closed New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
